We assisted with the evolution of the general session stage environment with more sophisticated stage design and management. Our team managed more than fourteen concurrent sessions with our expert technicians.

Synergy Event Technology helped to bring digital signage to the event, which is now a vital mode of communicating to attendee meetings information and Institute content. The following year, we enhanced the value of digital signage by adding an onsite video production team to record and edit daily interviews played back through the digital signage and the web.
